SYSTEMIC WORK AND CONSTELLATIONS
The systemic approach was formulated by the German psychotherapist, philosopher and pedagogue, Bert Hellinger, whose work is a result of years of scientific studies and observation.
Systemic work is a proven and efficient technique capable of analyzing complex situations, and with a solution-oriented approach, achieves sustainable outcomes.

With this technique, we tap into a Systemic Wisdom that unveils what actually happens beneath usual events making it possible for the client to perceive potential changes and therefore creates avenues for a positive transformation. By looking into repetitive situations that are manifested by a team, company, products, or even client dynamics, the notions emerge, and we are able to deal with patterns and obstructions in order to foster better relationships and thrive. When trauma is revealed we are able to transform, instead of attempting to ignore the cause, or make a massive effort to move forward without unraveling. Once freed from these resources become available to be rearranged in a more fluid manner.
Some cases that benefit by working with systematic approaches are teams in constant conflict, frequent turnovers, friction with clients, unhealthy power games, creativity draining atmospheres, being stuck, complex decision-making processes, management matters, strategic growth, marketing crises, setting goals, team arrangements, among many others, unexpected losses, or even if you are unsure about the source of the conflict.

This is for those who occupy a leadership position, manage a team, or if you are a team member and simply wish to enhance the possibilities in your work environment. You can do this as a team or individually.
Hellinger points out 3 main Survival Mechanisms and how they function.

The first mechanism is the Individual, relating to family issues, teams, and organizations. This exists to protect us and is structured to consider one’s sense of belonging, exchange, and order [hierarchical, time and space for example]. Here we work with the plannable future that leans towards our conscious perception.

The next is what we call the System as a Whole, which includes society, universal laws, and the laws that govern industries and the economy. In other words, systems that conduct the whole of everything. This relies on our subconscious level, where the systemic approach is beneficial to reveal any hidden dynamics and limiting beliefs. These unhealthy patterns can reveal traumas and unrealized situations that repeat themselves, appearing in many different forms until they are finally acknowledged and adequately addressed.
Lastly, the Evolutionary Force, which brings total unconsciousness and impersonality, and exists to break patterns. This leads to disruptive changes, significant transformations, and is uncontrollable, such as what we experience with Covid-19, digital technology, or climate change. These are the events that affect us all, and due to these unavoidable elements, compels us to change and shift our perspectives on life itself.
